1. Introduction

At Eldaura Senior Tours, we focus on providing seamless and timely service delivery to all our customers.

2. Tour Bookings & Confirmations

-All tour-related documents such as booking confirmations, invoices, itineraries, and important travel information are delivered digitally via Email and WhatsApp.

-Delivery is usually completed within 24 to 48 hours of booking confirmation and payment.

3. Membership Card Delivery

Customers who claim a free membership card by following us on social media and filling out the form will receive a digital version of the card via email within 7 working days.

If we launch physical membership cards or kits in the future, shipping will be done via reliable courier partners. Delivery time may vary between 7 to 10 working days depending on location.

4. No Physical Product Shipping (as of now)

Currently, we do not sell or ship any physical products through our website. All services are digital unless stated otherwise.
