Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Eldaura Senior Tours, we understand that sometimes travel plans may need to change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be clear and fair, keeping your comfort in mind.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

If you need to cancel your trip, please inform us in writing by emailing travel@eldaura.com

Refund structure based on notice period before the trip start date:

-30 days or more: 90% refund of the total amount paid

-15 to 29 days: 50% refund of the total amount paid

-7 to 14 days: 25% refund of the total amount paid

-Less than 7 days: No refund

3. Cancellation by Eldaura

In rare situations where we are forced to cancel a tour due to reasons beyond our control (such as natural calamities, low group participation, etc.), we will offer:

-A full 100% refund, or

-An option to shift to a future tour of equal value

4. Refund Process

All eligible refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Components

Please note:

-Any flight or train tickets booked on your behalf will follow the respective airline or IRCTC refund policies.

-Third-party charges (such as permits, entry fees, etc.) already paid may not be refundable.
